When you click on the sound test icon in EPOS Gaming Suite, the application will not play any audio and it is expected behavior.

Try to download the software with different browsers (IE, Firefox etc.). This will most likely fix the issue.

If the GSP 670 is playing audio through USB and is also connected to the BlueTooth Dongle, Audio may be lost.
